In March 2017, the Greek courts ruled that the Real Creations logo had been wrongly rejected by the Greek Ministry of Commerce and ordered its registration as a trademark. It was a lengthy process that lasted almost eight years, but perseverance paid off.

Real Creations currently owns two registered trademarks with registration numbers D191018 and D198249.
